Many thanks for taking your time to review your latest order with Creative Transfers. Following on from our conversation I can confirm that UPS had tried on three separate occasions to deliver your order but unfortunately there was no one available to take delivery, after the third attempt UPS will return the parcel to the sender. As a good will gesture I arranged for another delivery to be sent to you free of charge and I was assured that someone would be available to take delivery, unfortunately on Thursday and Friday last week UPS had tried on two occasions to deliver but there was no one there to take delivery. I tried to you contact via the telephone and email to ensure that someone would be able to take delivery on Monday but unfortunately you weren't available and UPS have tried to deliver the parcel but it has gone exception again as there was no one available and the order will be sent back to us.

Ordered cutter on Thursday and it arrived Saturday in Ireland via UPS
got email from company saying sample pack sent via Royal Mail, Have no Idea when that will arrive.From the moment I placed the order the seller sent me emails and a telephone call to keep me informed of the orders progress. I would deal with this company again
