Lack of Infomation and Delays
Some things should be on the website in order to provide the best quality to the buyer. First of all, there sould bea note that "your picture should be ####x#### pixels resolution for the image to become clear. The picture I chose was too small and the final image/product became unfocused. You can change the design after, but by the time you see that, there will be more COSTS. The delivery is slow, very slow (not the expected days the company shows on the website), it took 1 month for my order (and I paid everything on the same day, then some excuses were given to me like christmas delays, etc.) to reach me (i live in EU) and I only started getting useful information after a first review/protest; otherwise I might not get the info, or the company would not say anything to me at all. This was not a good experience, I hope the company in the future can provide some more useful like a recommended resolution for the pictures to use on the cards (or a type of warning on the website), because when the company shows the design for the first time, and it is unfocused you have to pay to change. (a shame because the actual material quality of the card is good)

Went above and beyond!
They were an excellent company to deal with. Their product was well-made and worth the price. They also went out of their way to beat the postal strikes by couriering a replacement card to my address for free so that the person could have it in time for Christmas. Fabulous service and I will use them again!

Please do not waste your time ordering from this crowd. I ordered on 28th November for a Christmas present. It is now 4th Jan and I still have not received it.
There is no useful tracking on the item If I could give 0 stars I would.
Conveniently when I received my first confirmation from them stating the item had been designed, they asked me to review the product, without actually receiving it and checking it out. So please, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere
Update:
When the item finally did arrive. It was broken. So almost 8 weeks after first ordering for a Christmas present it arrived broken. The owner reached out and kindly offered to send a replacement for free, which is a nice gesture but somewhat pointless given it was for Xmas. He also informed me that whilst there was a clear and obvious issue with the shipping provider selected by the company, the product was also delayed in being shipped.

Hi Gary and thanks for your review. As your update states there was a delay in delivery from our delivery service, and for that I am very sorry but there was nothing we can do in times like this. We have offered the replacement and have refunded the order which is the very most we can do in this situation. Sadly sometimes the postal service fails us and although we are in no way to blame directly, we do try our best to compensate our users. Perhaps you can use the free card offered for another occasion and we can turn your opinion round?

Great quality cards
Great quality cards. They even contacted me as they suspected I had made a mistake with my order (which I had). Could just have sent me what I had asked for. I know the kids will love them on Xmas morning.
