I really liked talking to Nick. He does a really good job and he told me to call him anytime. I had questions to answer and that was a good feeling. I just thought it was going to be knocked down more money than it was to me. That was disappointing. The example of $25,000 was knocked down to $12,000 on the paper that was sent and I had $29,000 and it was not knocked down to half and they were all the banks and stuff that you deal with. I feel my payment would have been lower if they knocked it down to half like in the example.

First of all, I got someone that could speak English, second of all she had been through some of the issues I have had with debt. Very friendly and helpful all the way.

Nick was good about explaining everything I need to know and answerd all of my questions.

It was explained well, answering all questions, documents went through and was noted. #'s and people to speak to with current and future questions and concerns. Hopefully on the way to being debt free at a manageable rate and amount!

Nina Franklin was very professional and a people person and informative about everything so that I understood what I was getting into an what to expect from company she listen and not over talk enjoy her five stars Nia Franklin ✨️

Thomas was a very nice person however the information was not all clear, I was not informed that the program was going to take 3 to 6 moths before settling with my creditors, I found out after I enrolled and that was going to affect my credit tremendously, my gold is to improve my credit score now. I cancelled the enrollment. I do not want to get behind with my creditors in purpose. I got a confirmation email.

Spoke with sammy,who was very polite, patient and knowledgeable. He made the experience comfortable and explained everything very well!
