I was not given the amount to payback or first payment date or when the loan would go into my account. I spoke to customer service on Monday and the kind young lady looked it up for me.

On Monday morning
On Monday morning, I applied, was approved, and documents signed all before 9.30 am EST.
Your website states that if all of those steps occurred before 10.30 CST, the loan would be funded the same day.
My funds were not received until the following day, and my bank confirmed they have no delay in the transfer and if the transfer occurred on Monday, it would be reflected on my account on Monday, not Tuesday as it was.
Since this lie is reflected on your website, and by your staff, you cannot be trusted.
So no, the experience wasn't pleasant because now I'm in a VERY high interest loan with a company that has no problem lying to consumers who are already struggling enough to have to take out such a loan.
My experience will be entered on every review site and social media platform I can find.
You lied. You can't be trusted.

After reading the reviews, I attempted to apply. After giving all my personal information, it then said Unfortunately we couldnt approve you, but found Lenders *Interested*. The page was to automatically connect in 2 seconds. After 2 seconds and nothing, I pressed the UI Button that it stated for me to, to only be met with a Pretty Page Error Message (literally what it said). Very disappointing as it hits your credit it appears.

approval was fast funded fast - but fees are worse than a pawn shop!! Beware of this - there is a monthly fee - based on your use not tied to any interest rate. in addition there is another fee which they don't explain. Said I received all this info upfront - but checked my emails and I Did not.
