I had 19.99 taken out my account yet for no reason whatsoever, I haven't signed up to this or even give permission for these scammers to take money from my account, they won't even refund me ,stay well clear .. SCAMMERS WILL KEEP TAKING MONEY WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT !!!!!

Only looked for a loan and don't remember agreeing to sign up with a payment. Took my last £20 I needed for this week and now I'm left with nothing and screwed completely.

Beware. Preying on vulnerable people with poor credit ratings promising to find loans . Go through the process to be told there are no loans available but you’ve unwittingly agreed to pay £19.99 per month for I’m not sure what.
As an update to this having searched my bank direct debits this does not appear as having been set up as a regular payment with my bank so I cannot cancel with my bank easily .

I don’t recall signing up to them, I cancelled the subscription within 24 hours of seeing they took £19.99 from my account. The account was cancelled with immediate effect and to no surprise they are refusing to issue me a refund and are issuing no leniency. From what I could gather the services they charge you £19.99 for are just a list of loans and credit cards! Their website T&C’s sound like they shouldn’t be legal in the first place.

This company are a total disgrace, after signing up without realising I cancelled my account immediately. They still took 19.99 off me. After confirming my account was cancelled I have discovered to my shock they have taken the money again!! I will contacting the finance omnibusman this morning if my money is not refunded immediately.
No surprise my refund has not been processed all I have had is a automatic response which they clearly send to everyone

They need to be stopped & reported to FOS & FCA
I have just realised that these scammers have been helping themselves to my money over 3 month at £19.99 a time to the total of £59.97.
After some research, it seems these criminals prey on vulnerable people that are needing a loan, make them believe they have been accepted for a loan to get bank details then proceed to help themselves. After all who in their right mind would accept to pay £19.99 per month for nothing when they actually need money.
I for one will be contacting financial ombudsman service and Financial conduct authority to report them for fraud. I would suggest everyone else do the same. Theses people need to be stopped!!!!

membership confusion
i would just like to say huge thanks to Beth (ynwa - super reds) - my Monday mornings are always a flick off a coin of how they will go due to the nature of my job - but Beth made this particular Monday feel like a Friday - she listen and i mean she listened then got to the problem and after explaining a few things to note for me for future references - she quickly dealt with the issue/confusion and reassured me that it was sorted and then sent me an email for my own piece of mind- dealing with Beth on a cold wet windy monday morning was joy almost as much enjoyment as i had i had watching the mighty reds on the sunday.

Update I left a negative review due to…
Update I left a negative review due to money being taken out. 1 hour later I received an email asking me for my details. Then I received another emailed stating they have refunded me and closed my account. I received a phone call the next day from a lady called joe she just clarified that my refund has been processed.
My advice is contact the company and they will be happy to help I received my payment after 2 days
