Over £500 spent absolute waste of money. Don't trust this company and here is why with my order I selected the creed aventus sample now one spray of the sample on one hand lasted over 5 hours. On the other hand 5 spray from 100ml bottle only lasted a little over 30 minutes. Don't be fooled by the discounts you will not get your monies worth. In fact I would the strength of the sample on a scale of 1-10 it's ten time stronger anyone saying this is good place to shop for creed have no understanding of the product. SHAME!!
OH REMEMBER NO RETURN AFTER OPENING

Bought a bottle of Queen of Silk perfume costing £135. What a waste of money. Doesn't smell like anything special in fact it reminded me of an Avon perfume called Splendoria which I didn't like either. That's the last to I buy perfume going by advertising blurb. In future I will smell a perfume before I fork out money.

After reading most of the reviews, I won't be buying from Creed. Too many people trying this product can't be wrong.
At this stage I'll stick to the Guerlain fragrances.

Visited the shop in Covent Garden a few days ago. The lady that helped me was very friendly. I could have probably made it a bit more of an “experience” for myself and tried more fragrances, but I knew what I was going in for, and didn’t want to distract myself and risk spending even more!

As for longevity, I could smell Aventus on myself all day after applying in the morning. I was concerned as my sample really didn’t do anything for me, but I was trying to spare some so I could use it multiple times.

Unfortunately, like most of the previous comments, the product is not a patch on what it used to be.
The company was acquired by another and they have to be seen as getting a return on investment.
So now we are left with perfume priced between £200-300 and only lasts about an hour.
No doubt because they have taken an expensive ingredient out ( the one that gives longevity!) to cut costs.
Creed must be aware of this. I took mine back to John Lewis for a refund and explained this to the sales assistant.

Just received a 100ml bottle of Creed Aventis today, will never buy this or any other creed product again, reading some of the replies saying as it’s oils the fragrance can change from crop to crop, not that much it doesn’t smell anything like my last bottle from 7-8 yrs ago and lasts less than an hour and I can’t even smell it on my top, save your money high end prices for bottom of the pile rubbish

With the help of this precious lady "SHAHRNAZ" we learned the history of the CREED House, she took us in this beautiful story and we came back every time. Sometimes we just tried the new releases but every time we wanted to buy our soul perfumes. I met the other special lady "LISA" later, but she is just as kind, sociable and always well prepared to present us with your offer. We return with great love every time to this JOHN LEWIS BLUEWATER location to purchase our favorite perfumes or to give a gift to a loved one ! We are of a different nationality, but we have never been pushed aside or treated in an inappropriate way by these two ladies who represent you. We love CREED, we love these two special ladies SHAHRNAZ & LISA from JOHN LEWIS BLUEWATER. Great service from "SHAHRNAZ & LISA" at John Lewis Bluewater.
Great fragrances. I have always received excellent service to support these quality products.  I am happy to maintain my loyalty to Creed. Very good and reliable company. I will be back for sure.

Sent an email as I was expecting a delivery which I had not received. Within a few hours I was asked to confirm details and fill out a form. Once the form was filled I was told the process would start with an investigation into what had happened to my order.

A few days past and I did eventually receive my order, I sent another email to confirm what was in my delivery and again, received more correspondence within a few hours. I am very grateful to have received such attentive customer service from a lady named Tia. She ensured I received my full order, samples included and even gave me a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill which was a pleasant surprise. I’d like to thank Tia once again for going to the lengths she did to uphold the standard of Creed.

I have for many years been a big fan and consumer of Creed Aventus and without any doubts when it comes to the price. However, this has drastically changed after my latest purchase and I am done using these products. I recently purchased a 100ml EdP and let's be honest that was a waste of money. The perfume used to last 12 hours and now it won't even last 1 hour. How can you sell a "high-end" perfume for such a price when it doesn't even last more than 60 minutes? It's an embarrassment. I am never going back to buying Creed products again.

I was a fan of creed Aventus until recently as it was watered down immensely and not as long lasting as it was, since bought by the private equity it has gone to the dogs. Even when I complained about it they didn’t want to hear it. I will not be patronising this brand ever again waste of my £295

If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

I ordered an atomiser in January, which had a defect but was invisible due to it being in the bottom of the bottle and looking like an air bubble. My husband lost a whole atomisers worth of creed Aventus due to the atomiser bottle being defective, the replacement was only sent out in May and it arrived wrapped in 2 pieces of bubble wrap. It was smashed to pieces, which is no surprise. The whole issue of the lost fragrance has completely fell on deaf ears.

How does any of this fit the image of a prestigious brand? Well it doesn’t. Absolute farce and terrible customer service.

I have always received excellent service to support these quality products. Recently there was a small issue due to timing , but it was resolved rapidly in a friendly efficient fashion. I am happy to maintain my loyalty to Creed.

Creed cancelled my order with no explanation & no apology. Rang customer services a number of times & just received an automated message & call was then terminated. It felt like I had been scammed rather than dealing with a supposedly high end premium product supplier. Avoid.

Absolutely a joke I got the wrong set, i ordered the female set got the gents one. You can’t speak to an agent only via email. What a joke trying to return it. Has to be collected can’t return via Royal Mail. Won’t buy from them again

It was a dream

Product is great always has been however customer service is terrible as the other comments also state.

Had an issue with the engraving - not accommodating at all. Really disappointing as it was a wedding gift for my husband.
Not bothered about customers just about £!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have tried to deal with a simple issue for over FOUR MONTHS without any help or even response to my multiple emails. Talking to the chat "care" team is also hopeless as they keep asking the same little questions over and over again without further actions. All want to do is a buy a bottle of perfume as a Christmas gift (lol it's April now) to my spouse and I need help with a broken discount code. Unbelievable!

I purchased a 100ml bottle from Creed. On the fourth time of using it I went to replace the bottle top as any normal person would do. The glass on the neck of the bottle shattered/ broke off. I contacted Creed customer services and they simply said no refund or replacement. They suggested I dropped it. This wasn't the case. They went on about the quality of glass. I can simply say how it is. Poor customer services in my view.
