Nice product but extremely poor customer service. I downloaded a return label and returned the product using the label on 17 January. On 10 February I have still not received my refund as the parcel cannot be traced. Daily emails to Creenstone go unanswered, except for 2 AI responses and - finally - one message saying they would look into it. Two phonecalls and several emails later I still have no coat, no news and no refund (280 euro). When I called the second time they seemed unaware of my previous calls, saying they could see a return label had been generated. To even speak to a human I had to wait 5 minutes to a message saying they were very busy and I was first in the queue. It should not be necessary to send 10+ emails before receiving a refund which was returned according to their own conditions. I would recommend avoiding unless you are certain you will keep the goods. Returning them may mean you have neither the goods nor the money.

It is difficult to judge size and fit when purchasing online. Therefore a reasonable return service should be expected. When I attempted to return my coat for a smaller size the charge was £35 taken from my return for Creenstone admin (?) and an extra £34 for UPS to carry the coat back. This detailed cost is not spelt out on purchase. A cost of £69 for the return of a £320 coat is unreasonable. Let the buyer beware.

I have enjoyed wearing my creenstone
Coat. But the zip slider has broken I am unable to find a replacement for this size zip any suggestions. It would be useful if we could get replacements for items bought. It would be very upsetting to loose the coat for the zip.

Creenstone make lovely coats which are stylish and comfortable. I had a couple of them in the past and have just bought a new one.
It was delivered in time and looks very nice!

I bought a £460 rain coat from creenstone and it turned out to be the worst coat I ever had

A beautiful but very expensive coat, purchased from a small retailer. Unfortunately the zip broke within a year of purchase. Creenstine really weren’t interested and advised I took it up with the retailer. I would expect a coat like this to last many years.

I received my beautiful coat very promptly. The size is perfect...true to size and so light...I love it...

A wonderful Galaxy Blue.A lightweight coat for the summer or for showery weather.The quality is fabulous and a very distinct design.
I now own 4 Creenstone coats.I bought my first coat 5 years ago and it still looks brand new and people still ask me where I got the great coat.

I had seen my coat in a shop, but I went online to order it. It came in very quick time. The shipping box it came in also held 2 bags for storing your coat away. This will be very useful when I'm not using my coat in the Summer months. The coat itself was fabulous, excellent quality, and a perfect fit size wise. The coat was expensive but you get what you paid for. I am delighted with my purchase and would recommend this brand. Rachel

I've ordered a winter coat. Unfortunately it didn't fit me well and I've sent it back. The customer service was fast to respond, polite and efficient. I've got the refund as soon as the return arrived.
