POOR SERVICE & NON DELIVERED PRODUCT
My parcel was not delivered to me - they keep insisting it has been delivered even though the image on the proof of delivery is NOT of my building... and I cannot identify it.
The burden of finding it should not be on me. I have asked for a refund since the 17th June and it's been over a month. It is truly poor service.

I made the order and paid on 3th October, today 20th October, they responded to my email that I wrote to them a week ago asking what's going on with my order. They send me the tracking number, the order was sent two days ago, which means that it took them 15 days to package my order and send it. And it will take another 17 days until it arrives,this is the worst service I have ever seen.

DO NOT support this company. They took my money and I have received nothing. They dont reply to e mails or messages of their Facebook page.
UPDATE. Now they are blaming the postal strike and have cancelled my order saying they have refunded my money. Four days later and I have received NO refund!
