The face I was waiting 10 weeks for items to be sent, I placed an order and on rhe same order was 2 orders from separate vendors, I received part of the order (from 1 vendor) but was charged for items I hadn't received, I got in contact and explained woth evidence from said vendor and am now facing bailiff action on items I haven't received

We can confirm that no action has been taken to remove your review - TrustPilot takes reviews very seriously and specifically makes it a point to not allow removal of reviews so voices can be heard.
Upon investigation of your case, we can see that you started a conversation on live chat on the 11th of December and an agent responded to your message within 60 seconds. Within 30 minutes, we had listened to your request, flagged to our Debtors team and the communication you requested was sent to you thus resolving the matter.
We do not make the decision to take legal action lightly - several attempts and steps are made first. We communicated these steps to help settle this matter and avoid escalation but you had failed to respond by the necessary deadline nor did you stick to your payment plan that you agreed upon.
At this time we have provided you with the necessary information you requested and there is nothing more we can do.

false promises and lied to 2x still not made right and being ignored
Ive been ordering from Creoate for 6 m my first order i qualified for a 50 item plus mystery box, after 3 m i finally recieve a 3 item mystery box and of course i am upset and contact them because that is a far cry from 50 plus and nothing like the awsome 50 item mystery boxes that people post on youtube, so i contact customer service and am told that if i dont appericate the 3 items donate them and refused to send the mystery box i placed the larger order and qualified for even with the proof from the email i receieved before and after the order saying i qualified for the box so after talking to Hayder he promised a new box which i recieved of return items damaged and from the return center a far cry from the 50 plus items of creoates best and now im being ignored and no one cares the have false advertised and made false promises. If your not willing to give them dont promise and advertise them the value on my mystery box was supposed to bew $1287 dollars and i never got over $100 between both ive been lied to degraded and ive spent $6000 in the last 6 months and that shows i need to not be loyal to a company unwilling to prove they appericate it and make false claims to get large orders.

Did not pay me for sales for 5 months
It is impossible to get hold of any assistance, the live chat is only a bot and they have not answered any of my messages.
As a seller they take 3 months to pay into your account (if at all). I checked my account in February and found there were missing payments dating back 5 months. So if you are a seller and reading this I would advise to keep a very close eye on payments.

I'm sorry that there was a temporary oversight in this instance which led to this disappointment.
However, once we hear about an issue our team acts quickly to make things right where possible. In this instance, I can see that your concern was raised over the weekend when the chat is not staffed (hours which are posted publicly in the first message) but every conversation is passed to our team regardless. Positively this was actioned swiftly and your issue was resolved on Monday (Nov 20th).
I believe this has all been resolved, but if you have any other concerns you would like to raise please don't hesitate to contact us through our usual channels as our turn around time is very quick and we're always ready to help.
