After months of trying to resolve and issue with this company I finally got an amazing customer service agent named Dawson. Bought the product for my 95 year old mom because she wanted to improve her skin and she had been watching commercials on TV. Unfortunately she had a bit of a skin reaction to one of the products. I'm not sure of the specific one but her eyes got red and puffy. Her skin is sensitive. Next thing I know I get another order that I did not sign up for and tried to return it to no avail. Dawson was the only agent who really listened to me and made an effort. He is amazing. Thank you so much Dawson

Got a shipment and didn't think worth it so never ordered more. All of a sudden another shipment comes (with 2 more scheduled after that - totalling over $400!). Never created an account on their site and never subscribed. After an hour on the phone (with someone in Asia) had to pay $20 to mail it back and they took another $20 off my credit card reimbursement for THEIR shipping charge to me!
Update. I have now been charged an additional $261!! I have never received another shipment and they confirmed I cancelled. Now need to call my bank and dispute the charges. Then the BBB!

I was forced into a membership which I did not want! I called in October because they charged my account for products I did not want or order. They stated they cancelled the membership and requested a refund which was a lie! Never got the refund and they are now saying I owe $189.00 for a membership and products I did not order. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone! I have called and spoke with 5 people who all had different lies! Yet still have not received a refund as promised and they are now billing me for products I did not get stating it was a 90 day contract..which is bull! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

It may be my fault for not studing the fine print, but I purchased one box for $49.99, I never even had a chance to use it yet. Now, I am billed $90,00 for another box. They are charging $14.95 to cancel the orders, they are apparently every month the rest of your life. Also, I am being charged to return this heavy box, whatever that will cost. BEWARE

I had 2 subscriptions which I cancelled in early October. October 28th I received an email that I would be receiving my subscribed replenishment order and was charged $90.94. I have contacted Crepe erase and PayPal which was used for payment. They denied my refund since I had a subscription. I had previously cancelled the subscriptions. I was advised by Crepe Erase to “return to sender” which I did. Crepe Erase confirmed the receipt of the returned package and Chloe assured me of a refund less the shipping charges.
I have been waiting for my refund for a month. “It’s probably being processed.” I have been told this 5 times,still no refund.
As far as the product, the exfoliator reddened my face and was too strong for my skin. My crepey skin is due lack of exercise due to a shoulder injury.

Buyer beware. This company fraudulently charges credit cards. I have complained to them several times and all they say is dispute it with my credit card provider. I do not have their product, I do not even have an account that they can find with my email address. It’s 100% fraud.

I honestly tried the product in hopes to see results, I gave it a year. I bought the complete kit with all the products to be successful but unfortunately I did not see the result they promised.
After being a loyal customer for over a year I decided to try something else. This is where it gets GOOD (Not)
I have been calling for two months trying to cancel my subscription but cannot get through to a human being. They tell you to go through your portal which I have but the website won’t allow you to connect? In long worst company I have ever dealt with! I call my credit card company finally to cancel my subscription. Don’t get involved with this company you will regret it.

I cancelled this in July and now today (December) I recieved another box and my credit card was charged 60+ dollars. These people are not someone to do business with.

Any thick lotion will work as well as crepe erase if not better. Do not waste your time or money buying this expensive product. They have women so scammed.

the products are good, but to expensive, and their website is not good, plus they try to do the works on u, by telling u they will send u a 3 month supply and charge u $60 + a month,my opinion they are robbing u blind , many other companies have better products and better prices. on top of all that i had canceled my membership more then 4 month ago, and 2 days ago im looking over my bank statement, and saw they charged me again $60+ AFTER CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP, they said they would refund me the whole amouth, the next day i check my bank statement again and the charge for $60+ was gone but they still charged me $16.17, well my bank only do disputes of $25 or more , and when i called them the only thing they coukd tell me is that they will push that to a higher supervise ans to call my bank, VERY UNPROFESSINAL . DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR GEMICS

I would give 0 stars if I could. They tricked me into subscribing. I was extra careful but somehow I was trapped. It’s NOT possible to reach customer service in order to cancel. Besides that, the product is not working and the TV ad is highly misleading.
DON’T BUY IT! Don’t get involved with that company because they hard to get rid of.

Crepe erase has a scam that institutes renewals even when not accepted and tries to bill you for them. Do not fall for this!!!

They do not honor their refund policy. Terrible customer service. After calls and returning the products…..second shipment box never even opened…..yet they continue to bill my credit card. I’m so disappointed (upset) and at a loss how to stop the charges.

This company is a total scam. They advertise their products at a great price, but in reality, you’ll end up paying over $300. Trying to cancel is nearly impossible — customer service is unreachable, and even after canceling through their portal, they continue to charge you (which is why you must speak to customer service — if you can ever get through).

I’ve been trying for over a week to resolve this after returning everything, including the so-called “free gift.” Despite that, they still charged me $96, and then claimed I had an additional $189 pending.

Stay far away from this company. Shame on the actress who lent her name to such a dishonest bait-and-switch operation.

I purchased this product and without my consent the put me on a subscription and charged my credit card! Now everytime I try to call or chat on the website no one answers or help me cancel the subscription. I am an able to cancel the subscription because there is no way to get into my account except to purchase something! What a rip off and pain in the ass!

Total scam! Horrible customer service and you will be billed monthly if you do not unsubscribe. If I had know this I would not have tried the travel size package they offer. I’ve been waiting for my full refund for months now.

Hard to cancel, they give you the run around and continue charging for 2 more months

I already posted after my first experience in Aug '25 trying to cancel with them. It should be easy, one shipment received and paid for. BUt it wasn't until I got notice from PayPal they were taking out another payment of $89 in Sept '25 I was made aware they were going to autoship!! It is now Nov. and I have spent hours on the phone waiting and online documenting my receipts from return shipping ( Oct) which I had to pay for another $17 to Ohio, and tracking receipts, and still no refund. Today I waited 20 min. on hold but the agent showed NO documentation of the tracking r'cpt from a month ago, nor did they process the refund as they said they would. WHAT THEY DID DO- is continue to send me past due invoices for $179 !!! Agent said they now sent a 3 month supply and I only paid $89 as the FIRST INSTALLMENT! No acknowledgement of this on the invoices or alerts letting you know they just switched your order. Its been 2 months and so much anxiety over being scammed, but one more thing...NEVER give them your credit card number or bank account. At least with a 3rd party payment you keep that info safe. Usually PayPal will refund you but this time they wouldn't. Another thing fellow sisters; don't purchase anything online in trust- ALWAYS check Trustpilot FIRST. If something happens, go back and leave a review, read the others and check HELPFUL so others will keep this process going. I don't just threaten these scammers I do something about it to help others. BBB.org also accepts scammer complaints! Please stand together to help all of us who can not afford the lost income.
