Rude irrational and unprofessional
I placed order which was promptly cancelled with excuse that the product was listed 'too early'
This seems a poor reason as no options were given. I was simply informed I should receive £150 back with a week. No date for product relisting, no option or date to wait for goods.
When i queried when i could order the product i was accused of harassing the staff! Never before have i experienced such ludicrous business practice. I am raising a complaint via Etsy, who i have bought through previously and been happy.
Very unhappy with this seller. Now I have to wait to receive monies to buy goods elsewhere
