DO NOT BUY FROM CRINGE clothing for mature women its a scam! They took my money, no delivery date, no tracking, will not answer phone and emails bounce back. Check the Better Business Bureau a number of complaints about this company. Their is another company with same name showing clothing for young people. My credit card company is in process of refunding my money. The company in fine print says "Kense Company Limited" located in London England and clothing says made and shipped in SC. Again this is a scam!!!

Dress is very elegant. However, it's not lined.

I ordered 2 dresses, a sweater, and a pair of pants on January 22nd. I emailed them on February 9th because I had heard nothing from them and asked about cancelling the order. They asked if I could wait another week, and I agreed. Then on February 24th TWO weeks later, I emailed and requested a cancellation. They said my order was being packed, but if it arrived and I really didn't want it, to just refuse to sign for it, and then let them know. The package FINALLY arrived on March 4th, but was just left at my door, no signature required...so I was unable to "refuse it." I opened the package just in case I might actually be able to use the items, and NOTHING fits correctly. The sweater was a possibility. I emailed and told them I only wanted to keep the sweater and asked to return the other items for a refund. They refused. Over and over. Only accept returns for damaged items. Only exchange for size. Their website states 30 day money back guarantee, but I promise you, they have no intention of refunding your money. You really have to dig to find the REAL return policy. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Horrible company. DO. NOT. ORDER from them unless you want to be ripped off and stuck with items that you can't wear.

Will not refund as they sent the wrong size! Also what they advertise is not what you receive! It took 7 weeks to get my order and now they refuse to correct the mistake!

The order was a month late because the jacket that I ordered was on back order. I was given the option to wait or just ship the two items. I opt to wait but I few that if it was on back order they should have let me know, instead of me having to email 3 weeks to find out it was going to be delayed. The communication after that was great by customer support and the clothes are very nice and good quality and the packaging was terrific.

Refused to refund when request was sent the same day dress was delivered. Horrible quality!!!!! I spent $44 plus tax and shipping on something that I would not have paid a single dollar for. Material is cheap. Seams not sewn. Awful. They are refusing a refund. Insulated me by offering $8 refund. Do Not Buy from this company. They need shut down!!!! Horrible Horrible customer service.

The products are beautiful. My problem is with the advertising. They are NOT made in South Carolina as advertised. Every single tag says “Made in China”. I got charged an exchange fee to my account from the UK and items shipped from the UK to Chino, CA for clearance and then to me.

The products are NOT made in the US. They are made in China and ship from China. It takes about a month to get your order and the quality is very poor. The items look nothing like the website.

I ordered 3 items on 1/13/25 for a total of $145.00. I received my items 2/3/25. There was no invoice attached. I went to their site to get their contact info. You can email but cannot call. I learned they have a 30 day return policy. I enquired about submitting a request for a return as the items did not work for me. They would not allow me a full refund, altbough it has been less than 30 days. They offered me $30.00 for my items.

I love the shirts but really had a problem with late delivery. I was under the impression they were made in South Carolina but delivery was China???? I would order more but don’t want to wait a month for my order.
