Absolutely horrible customer service. I purchased shoes through them. I got them and they were too small. Seems like a simple return right? Wrong. Despite me literally having the box sitting right next to me, according to the returns portal I cannot initiate a return because in their system the order hasn’t come up as delivered. I’ve tried 4 times now to contact this company including reaching out via social media, no answer. Checked my spam page to see if maybe I missed an email? Nothing On their website it says that after 15 days I can’t return them, that deadline is approaching faster and faster and it looks like I’ll be stuck with these shoes. How is it that it’s easy to buy the shoes but when it comes to returning it suddenly there’s no answers or service, please be weary buying from this company
Shoes came fast and the material is not cheap. So happy I decided to go with these instead of another brand. Definitely will purchase another pair. I’m so excited !!!

Cristianzerotre needs a real system for customer service. My sneakers arrived and the zipper is broken. All I want is resolve and I have yet to receive a reply; 3 weeks have passed.
I made a purchase beginning of the year (I have purchased from them before ) and the sizing was off so I returned the items. The tracking says it’s sitting at their warehouse pending review and it has been over 3 weeks. I’ve attempted to contact them multiple times via their website and have even attempted to get a response on their various social media accounts to no avail. I feel like I’m going crazy because they just refuse to respond. In the past I have made returns and there was no issue but this time it has been a nightmare. I really like their products as they are high quality but the customer service side of things is extremely inconsistent. At this point I don’t know what else I can do.
These shoes said they would come within a week but they came in 3 dayss! They’re so pretty in person too & true to size & fits comfortably.

The material is durable, and the fit is true to size on these boots! I order the Starboots in light brown colour and also the pink leopard pants 💗 brings me back to the 2000 days !! I had received the wrong color pants that I ordered and they offered to send the right pair, right away, and allowed me to keep the other pair as a gift for the mistake! Will continue to order from them and tell everybody I know! Great, upstanding company!

Absolute TRASH! They sent me a used worn down boot that you can tell someone broken and returned and the quality of the boots is terrible. Nowhere near worth $170, it’s more like a Temu quality made boot. If I can give zero stars, I would.
Also for return, there is nowhere on their website allowing me to return.
When hitting “To request the return of the order, click HERE and follow the return instruction's” on website it keeps taking you back to order page. I sent them an email requesting to complete a return and of course they are going to make me pay the $19 return out of my refund if they even allow me to return it, the whole website/business seems sketchy I should have known better. I suggest never buying anything from them!
Ordered Jan 10th-Received trash used Boots on Jan 28th.
I ordered the animal print boots in a size that was too large. They emailed me the return label and process. I did have to send a couple of follow up emails to receive my refund, but the process was rather simple. I did get refunded and will be reordering a smaller size

Ive been literally waiting over a month for a response and i never got 1 regarding my order that said delivered i paid for it i have not got an response back yet or a refund this is sick like what kind of company is this its ridiculous
Ridiculous. Since a month I wait for them to ship my order. Every time I email them, they lie to me that it's going to ship in the next 1 to 2 days. It never happens. NEVER AGAIN

I made an Ordner, paid everything and then i realized it was the wrong Size!!!
I was a little in Panic, i wrote an Email, if it was possible to change the size.
Because of Christmas i didn‘t expect to work out , when my shoes arrived in the RIGHT Size I was sueprised and so happy.

Had a bit of a kerfuffle with them about the sizing but in the end it was resolved in a very generous way so I’m happy with my purchase, and got a free pair of shoes which I can gift to someone else. The shoes are great and if you want to buy I’d recommend them (they look as on pictures), just make sure you read the returns policy and order the right size - I usually wear UK 7 or 8, but at CZ that’s a size 9. If you’re not sure about the size, before ordering email them and give them measurements in cm or inches ✌🏽

Purchased my shoes on Friday, Sept 5. They arrived on Monday, Sept 8. I was so excited to receive my shoes so quickly, but upon opening the box, my shoes were incorrect. The laces and the size were correct, but the shoe color itself was wrong. I contacted customer service, worried I wouldn't get a response after reading a few reviews here. To my pleasant surprise, they responded later that same day. They were quick to initiate the exchange process. I followed a link to do a return/refund, and followed each step. I dropped my shoes off at my local UPS store the next day, then emailed customer service to let them know. They responded with a new tracking number. It's now Friday, Sept 12 and I have received the correct shoes.
Besides the initial mistake they made, I'm very very happy with how quickly they resolved the issue, and even happier with the actual shoes. They're comfortable and cute, and seem to be very sturdy in its creation. I'm excited to wear these out!
Thank you again for your prompt customer service response times, and the fast shipping to make up for the error.

Customer service was incredible from the get go when I was unsure on sizing after ordering and raised my concerns. I got a fast response and they put my order on hold for me whilst I sent them measurement of my feet to ensure the right fit 🖤 all sorted within 24 hours and 2 days later, I have my dream shoes! I ordered a pair of sneakers (Calipso 300 destroyed grey) and on the first day of wearing them they already got unstitched at the back pretty badly and besides that it hurt my heel very bad...i emailed them about it yesterday but still got no response. I returned them today and i am waiting for a new pair. A close friend of mine which also has the same ones for a year now, hasn't experienced neither of what happend to me. They are very cool shoes and i have been waiting for so long to get them for my birthday. I really love those shoes and i hope i will not experience the same again this time.
The shoes themselves are great. Response times for returns and exchanges are absolutely abysmal.
They sent me the wrong shoes. I initiated an exchange. It took at least 5 emails, each 4-5 days response time apart, for them to understand what I wanted.
Even though it was their mistake, they made me pay for return shipping.
Then there was no communication about delivery date. I needed the white and gold boots for my wedding day, which can't wait.
So I told them to cancel the exchange and just refund me, and made a new order, which was delivered promptly.
I got back from my wedding a week later to emails that they wouldn't do a refund and were proceeding with the exchange as originally agreed. Well I don't need two of the same shoe.
I am trying to send the extra pair back for a refund but zero response for over two weeks now.
I will be filing a dispute with my credit card co.
In love with my shoes and bag. Was unsure about sizing, so they reached out to me to confirm before delivery. Fast communication and fast delivery. Need in every colour.
