Do Not Buy Your Watch from this Company

Not a good experience with this company. I bought what i was told was a brand new watch from this authorized dealer, only to receive a damaged and worn looking watch. This was a €12,000 watch! The attitude from the owner of this business was appalling, extremely unhelpful and rude. Customer support is non existent. Not once did they apologize or show any regret for my experience.
Eventually, I had to go directly to the manufacturer to resolve the issues with the watch requiring a full overhaul and polishing. They were great.
If you are planning to purchase anything of value from this company, don't take the risk and buy somewhere else.
Not recommended and not to be trusted.
