Ridiculous after purchase service
After contacting their customer service, I was told I could personally sent back 3 pairs of crocs totalling $108. Upon dropping off the parcel at their security house per advised by the security guard, I immediately email the customer service rep who had confirmed that I could do the return to warehouse address personally, to seek confirmation that crocs team has received the parcel. Based on their rep's advice, I waited another 20 business days for refund to show up on my card but it has passed and nothing is showing. I then became ghosted with absolutely no response to my recent emails over the past 10 days. Their online front feels like a shell company!
