I ordered shoes on this website and was waiting for delivery , it appeared that my order was cancelled . It’s horrible you buy something that is in stock and then u don’t even get any notification that your order was cancelled. Wouldn’t suggest buying from them

Order Ecco Crocs they knew they didn't have it in stock and took my money. It is over 3 weeks and I still have not received my order. It says its is in transit on tracking whilst it is still stuck in their country. ŴHAT A RIP OFF as the timeline for delivery is 5 days!!

I Spoke to their customer service and was told it is out of stock and if I am not happy I can send it back for a refund so they cannot refund me as in transit. THAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE IF IT IS OUT OF STOCK......AS I SAID WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

CROCS ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY BUY FROM THEM WITH CAUTION.......AS CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL TERMINATE YOUR CONVERSATION IF YOU ASK TOO MANY QUESTIONS.

I wasn’t a fan of crocs until I saw how well you can style them. Their social media campaigns seem to have worked on me well (i own 2 pairs and bought one for my sister now). The thing is, that what got me interested in them in the first place was seeing how you can decorate and style them - only to visit their page and see that they don’t actually sell what you see on the picture. This would probably not upset me as much if it only happened once, but today it happened again. And before I went Karen on them I contacted them internally first. I wanted to see if I just missed something and tell them that I feel mislead as a user. However they literally closed the chat on me. Today on May 21 the Cars collection for Crocs rereleased even though it was supposed to release on May 22. I was supposed to get an email but didn't get anything. Neither did my girlfriend who wanted to buy them for me as a present. Now all of their stock was bought up by scalpers with bots as I can already see people selling these on third party websites in every possible size for a much higher price. God awful move by Crocs

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Crocs España. I ordered a pair of sandals/sliders for a holiday, expecting the quality that Crocs is known for. However, after using them just once around the pool, they ended up splitting. This was after only very light usage, which is completely unacceptable for a brand like Crocs.

I reached out to Crocs Customer Service in Spain, hoping to resolve the issue, but their response has been extremely disappointing. Despite explaining the situation in detail, they repeatedly insisted that the product must be returned within 20 days in the same condition. This response came after two separate emails, showing a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

I've been trying to escalate the issue, but it's proving to be incredibly difficult, with no clear path to resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing from Crocs España. The combination of poor product quality and unhelpful customer service has left me thoroughly disappointed. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your footwear needs.

He tenido una experiencia increíblemente frustrante con Crocs España. Pedí un par de sandalias para unas vacaciones, esperando la calidad por la que Crocs es conocido. Sin embargo, después de usarlas solo una vez alrededor de la piscina, terminaron partiéndose. Esto sucedió después de un uso muy ligero, lo cual es completamente inaceptable para una marca como Crocs.

Me puse en contacto con el Servicio de Atención al Cliente de Crocs en España, con la esperanza de resolver el problema, pero su respuesta ha sido extremadamente decepcionante. A pesar de explicar la situación en detalle, insistieron repetidamente en que el producto debe ser devuelto en un plazo de 20 días y en las mismas condiciones. Esta respuesta llegó después de dos correos electrónicos separados, lo que muestra una clara falta de preocupación por la satisfacción del cliente.

He intentado escalar el problema, pero está resultando ser increíblemente difícil, sin un camino claro hacia una resolución. Basándome en mi experiencia, recomendaría encarecidamente no comprar en Crocs España. La combinación de mala calidad del producto y un servicio al cliente poco servicial me ha dejado completamente decepcionado. Ahórrate la molestia y busca en otro lugar tus necesidades de calzado.

Needed a retoure and they never replied to my email. Managed to return the items myself but never got a confirmation. I called a Spanish number although I ordered in Germany so I will see it on my bill I guess! The guy promised he'd start the refund process and he did. The email stated I should get the money back within 2 weeks (and that was 2 weeks ago). Now i got an email that says it can take up to 30 days to see it in my account! Dear Crocs, I was huge fan: you delivered fast, you replied fast, you refund fast. None of it it's true now... not even the quality of your products. Never again! Bye Crocs.

Deliver on time and customer service reply friendly and good.dont look for bad reviews.just you can order from here.

There is no reclamation, article broken after 6 months due to poor quality.
Never again.

I am so disappointed. I have never received my order even if it was marked as delivered. I have tried to complain for more than 6 months now, but customer service there does not exist. Shame!
