Do not deal with this company

Do not deal with this company. They sent me really awful plants and wanted to charge me for the postage to send them back but they did offer to send me another lot of plants, by which time I had been to our local nursery and bought a wonderful replacement. I do a lot on the internet and have never, ever had such bad service from any other company with whom I have dealt. Why should I pay postage for grotty goods. L. Mears

What a joke this company is!

What a joke this company is!! They charge more for a 9cm pot than other places charge fir a 2L potted plant! Most of the plants are dead on arrival and what they do sell looks like it is from a third world country!!

This company needs to be stopped and sued for how they treat there customers!! Absolutely disgusting!

I am now in discussions with my solicitor to take action against this business to have them shut down!!😡😡😡

Very economical with the truth on plant descriptions!


I ordered 2 potted plants instead of bare root canes thinking they would be worth the extra cost as they would have more established roots and therefore a better chance of early fruiting.
I was wrong. What I got was 2 bare root canes that had very recently been put into a pot . The roots had not in any way spread through the pot and did not hold any of the compost.
Customer services' response was to skirt the question and tell me there's a 5 year guarantee. They are planted and hopefully will do well but I paid extra for 2 plant pots and a bit of compost when I could have spent less and got more canes.

Another screw up from Crocus

Another screw up from Crocus.
I specifically requested a delivery date for Friday and have been chasing them since then. They keep insisting the order was delivered, but after persistent follow-ups, I finally received a delivery photo—which is clearly not me, my house, or any of my neighbours. The photo shows someone in an office, whereas I live in a residential area.
I’m still waiting for an update on what happens next.

Poor packaging…

I ordered 4 African violets in flower and in pots. When they arrived the carton had clearly been turned upside down. Although the pots were firmly fixed, the plants were not held in the pots by anything!
Consequently 2 of the plants had tipped out and then been deposited on top of the others. Soil was everywhere! All plants were damaged.
I sent photographs and they sent me 4 more for no charge. These were packaged exactly the same with the same result!!
Of the 8 plants I have managed to salvage 2 which are surviving 3 months later....just!
Crocus get your act together with packaging. You can't guarantee the parcels will remain 'this way up'
Much better service from other mail order suppliers

Ordered lots of plants in feb, still waiting for 2 of the 2 litre pots costing me 17.99 each to grow, have sent three emails to customer services and images. Not heard back. most appalling customer service i have had ever...
