Crocweb Team was really helpful. I was bought an SSL cerfiticate from positive SSL and they are happy to help install it on my client website (i'm on their reseller cloud plan) and it was super fast respond not much to talk, they just doing it on email and boom SSL has been installed under than 10 minutes since i buy.

Beside that i want to tell short story about they server performance, until now all good, nothing issue i have facing instead getting a fast realible server hosting with good support litespeed cache it was really helping to improve my business to my client and all of my client are happy with their sites. I don't talk nonsense if you don't believe you can host your site and you go to gtmetrix and let see you will get green score!.

I may continue subscribe to crocweb since i got very good experience i hope they are keep the good support and still maintain their uptime server. Keep up the good work Team.

I was with CrocWeb years ago when I started a hosting company, I was reselling their hosting. I only left them because I had grown and needed a VPS which they didn't provide at the time. After selling my hosting company, I switched back to CrocWeb.

The support is probably the best support I've had with any company online. When I submit a ticket, it usually gets answered by Steve or Dave within 5 minutes. Their ticket system is as good as a chat because it's fast communication. When they answer, they usually respond after fixing the problem or a question related to the problem rather than saying "please wait while we check" - something that a lot of other hosting companies do.
