Over a period of 8 years,I had seen multiple therapists and psychiatrist to address issues relating anxiety, depression and workplace stress with invariably unsatisfying results.I was extremely skeptical about seeing another therapist more fundamentally I was pessimistic about the possibly of being happy.My skepticism proved unfounded.
Cromunity really helped me to elucidate and articulate the origin of deeply embedded pattern of negative and self defeating thinking for the sessions.the process resulted in my feeling much better at work.
