spent nearly month on hold
spent nearly month on hold, sent various emails with no response, all for trying to pay an outstanding invoice, why should a customer spend endless amounts of time trying to pay a company is beyond me, account closed and will not be dealing with again total waste of my time!!!

Pretty dumb that you're asking for feedback. I ordered a fan that said there were like 40 or 50 in stock but actually it was out of stock so I got my money back. A slightly annoying but overall neutral experience. 3 stars

Couldn't set up account and make payment. phoned to place order but customer service couldn't take payment asked if items were Instock they confirmed yes went back eventually managed to pay told delivery would be next day.nothing arrived then following day got email to say order wasn't available and refund payment.
