Keep away from Cromwell Propery Group
We made a new arrangement with Cromwell Property last summer 2020 for a property close to our former property. The reason for choosing Cromwell was that it should be easier to move because Cromwell was the owner of both properties.
We had clear arrangement with Cromwell and made a project plan which the entrepreneur should follow regarding our new lease/property.
We moved to the new property with a 2-3 month delay, knowing that the rebuilding not was finished, but Cromwell and their project manager promised that this would be resolved/finished within 1 month.
Today more than half a Year later nothing has been resolved – and it all falls back to the management at Cromwell in Denmark, not taking care of customers and not reacting on mails. On top of this not fulfilling appointments made by mouth during the “selling” process.
So if you want to rent – please avoid Cromwell – you cannot trust them!
