Merchandise was amazing, very disappointed with the shipping, elected to use sneaker saver less expensive to save a few bucks but had to pay a additional $99.75 to receive pkg. made purchase from a competitor End Clothing and received goods via FedEx and didn't have to pay additional taxes. Will think twice before purchasing from Crooked tongues. How ever quality and great merchandise. 50/50

Well I really wanted this pair of sneakers, everywhere sold out, exempt for crooked tongues so I went for it, now 2weeks later: still no delivery, and I know its world wide so there's still a change they deliver it like tomorrow, but I simply can't track my package, because of the very unfriendly site. Hope my package will arrive soon, but still it takes to long!

I bought same damage/fault shoe twice. Why would your site will send a factory second shoe to customer twice?

I placed an order over a week ago, and have yet to receive my order. No one from Crooked Tongues has responded to my emails to send me tracking information. It is beyond frustrating. This was my first time ordering from this company and it will definitly be my LAST! I am very disappointed.

I will NEVER do business with this company again. First impressions are everything, and they have left a negative impression on me.

I love crooked tongue's free international delivery. I live in Asia, obviously the cost of delivery matters a lot to me when choosing which online sites to buy things from.
Crooked Tongues also has fresh stuff on-time, and their server won't easily crash (comparing to other sites). Keep improving!

Love this site. They release their shoes before they are released in the states, which gives them my business automatically. You might pay more, but to me being a sneakerhead, it's a small thing that I don't mind doing. Keep up the good work.

Ordered the adidas pharrell williams stan smiths late on a Saturday night and they were with me by ten am Tuesday morning.

I ordered a product from the site and I thought that everything was fine in checkout. However, I didn't know about the 2001 error in the FAQ so I got that a few times while checking out. The money for the product that I was trying to buy was already debited out of my account but no confirmation of a successful order due to the complicated transaction that happened and all I want to know is how can I get the money back ASAP as I would be needing the money to get those shoes for a shoot as it came from affiliate budget. Please help me get it back quickly. I tried a few number that I searched for and emailed a few times but I only got automated responses with no human response at all. I will use the site again, it's just getting in contact with you guys is pretty hard. This problem happened on the 25/09/2014 please help, thanks.
