Extremely poor and disappointed with the service
I cannot believe Crooked Tongues; I have emailed them several times, tried ringing them and tweeting them on twitter however I have not being contacted regarding my delivery that I still have not received. This has been ongoing for over a week.

10-Sept-2014, Still Not receive my refund. They said will not accept my further order anymore. This seller is shirk responsibility company!
Ordered Asics Gel-Lyte Iii and Nike Air Foamposite One, only the Asics arrived, the other one was missing. Request refund the missing item to me, but still waiting.

Good Value Purchase.
I was able to pick up a pair of Nike Lebron Xi Elite Series Hero for 50+ euro less than the other reputable retailers in a Crooked Tongues sale-to all of you who may think that they are fake-they are not, i have collected sneakers/trainers for over 30 yrs- so i have no idea what the first post is about.
I did my homework before i made the purchase, and these guys are 100% legitimate & i have now added them to my book list for further purchases.
(update-i have verified that they are directly linked to ASOS.com, a reputable dealer)
There was a small hiccup vis a vis the shipping that was chosen, but that issue was dealt with.
As far as im concerned, how a retailer deals with a problem (no matter the size) says a lot about them as a selling establishment-Crooked Tongues were up to par.
I would shop there again.
TO THE CYNICS OUT THERE-NO I HAVE NO AFFILIATION WHATSOEVER TO THIS STORE- I JUST BELIEVE THAT POSITIVE INFORMATION SHOULD BE SHARED.

The most hassle-inducing experience I've had shopping online
Service was terrible. I ordered a pair of shoes in a promotion weekend, which arrived but were too small. I sent back asking for an exchange. Three weeks later, no sign. Had to chase company, who had no record of my return and could only communicate using email - impossible to speak to a human on the phone. After digging out the tracking number to prove I'd posted them back (with proof they'd been delivered), they then just returned my money and failed to exchange, leaving me out of pocket for postage.
Way too much hassle to buy a pair of shoes and really ineffectual and slow customer service.
