My 2013 BMW - 1 Series, had failed its MOT on two shock absorbers leaking, I was quoted ridiculous prices as follows... £540, £900 and £1600. I called Croppers Garage, and they booked me in, in just a few days, their Quote was £270, but they said, it may cost a little over £300 if they had to burn the seised bolt off the old front shock, I agreed, so, I took it in on the day, they said they managed to do it without the extra costs, Their Honesty impressed me. My car is repaired and now MOT'd for the additional £40, I will use this Garage again, Big Thank you to Mellisa and their office staff who were very polite and professional and Thank you to their Mechanics for the excellent work and great customer attitude.
