The product is great.My wife and I both love it. It took a little longer to receive due to the current state of the nation/world but worth the wait.
One thing you could work on is to NOT send out a request to review the product 2 weeks prior to the product being shipped, then again resending a survey 1 week prior to it being shipped saying "You still haven't reviewed the product."
It is pretty pushy, and definitely not timed right. This level of customer service/follow-up is detracting me from wanting to order from your company again.

I got the belly band to check it out and I think it's a winner! Comfortable in several positions this is a versatile way to carry and the kydex and leather backed holster is very secure. I don't have to worry about having a gun belt to secure it in any position so it can ride just like my IWB holster. The velcro backing lets me choose whatever kant works best. I think I'm going to order the magazine pouches too and a holster for my other gun.

Great quality, pistol fits in the holster perfectly. It's so comfortable I forget I have it on.

Excellent quality, materials, and craftsmanship! The leather belt fits perfectly and is beautifully crafted. All three holsters retain the firearms securely with zero movement. The IWB holsters are the most comfortable that I have ever used. My only complaint is the lack of a sticker for my Jeep or my gun safe. Thank you! God bless America and God bless CrossBreed!

I bought a holster that was great, but wasn't right for me. CrossBreed allowed me to return it and exchange it for another model that was perfect. Thank you so much. I have three of their holsters and I love all of them.

Awesome product. I will be buying more holsters in the future for sure. Only thing I need to for the current one was some trimming to my barrel nut but this was to be expected. nice tight fit and good draw.

Great customer service! Made a change to my order after I placed it and it was addressed quickly and accurately.

I would have given us a five star rating (as I did with my two previous crossbreed holster‘s) except for two fairly small reasons;
1. The crux concealment system that I ordered was not shipped with the holster. One quick phone call and they say it is on the way.
2. This holster is for the Glock G 45. That weapon now has an ambidextrous slide lock release lever. The Kydex holster comes up so high on the frame that it actually contacts the release lever. I’m sure over time this will create a metal fatigue issue. It was a very simple fix with the file and some sandpaper but I thought it should be designed with this in mind.I own two other Supertuck models And I absolutely love them. I wanted a slightly different style so I went with the reckoning system. I cannot believe how comfortable this little holster is. Also I love the adjustable retention system. This will probably be my new every day carry. Thank you

Quality stuff

Extremely well made, and didn't mind waiting for it because it's made to order. Haven't worn it much yet, as I need a size larger pants for IWB. Will convert to OWB to see how that works. Love that it does both. Retention was loose from factory, but easily adjusted which is great. Very nice product.

The thing I like about Crossbreed Holsters, other than the material and workmanship is top notch, is that it ALWAYS fits my handgun correctly the first time, every time.

Great IWB holster

The two stars are because the holster was nice I received it quickliy. However, I did have 14 days to return it and I have Not been able to get ahold of anyone by phone. I ha e also tried emailing but I keep getting a message saying that email does not exist. I have been trying since before everything got shut down. So this is just poor customer service.

This is my only holster, but I watched my husband go through several before finding one that fit. This belly band holster fit so well that I feel no discomfort in wearing it.

I absolutely love my CrossBreeed gun belt and holster. Both are well constructed and durable. I use them regularly and they work great. The only change I would make is for the pistol to stay in the holster when the holster is turned upside down.

First time ordering.Process was easy, information spot on. Got my holster today and my Springfield XD-9, 3.3 fits perfectly. Will have to give further results later on.
