I ordered a jacket from a well designed and easy to navigate around. I was kept informed at all times as to the status of my order which arrived within 2 days. Sadly, on this occasion, the jacket didn't fit so I returned it. Again, I had an email confirming it had been received and refunded the following day. Excellent service.

I ordered a Jack Wolfskin and was very impressed with the customer service throughout the process. I was kept informed about the status of my order up until the point at which it was delivered. As for the product it was exactly as I had ordered. I also have to say that I bought the product having compared the price of the jacket from other retailers.

I ordered 2 pairs of these in size 14 and 16. I am size 14 but know Musto sizes tend to be on the small size. They arrived within a few days and were of very good quality however the size 16 were so small and very short in the leg ( I am 5" 10 " ) they were more like a size 12. I had to return them recorded delivery which cost me over £ 8.00. I still haven't received notification from Cross Country Style that they have received my returns which is a little worrying. Just be aware if you do order from this company and have to return items it will be at your own expense.

Parcel had arrived before had chance to blink ! Missed first delivery but they were back within couple of days. Prompt efficient service all round and very good value best deal I could find for the junior steed jod boots .many thanks
