Riding wear
Phoned to check on sizing of half chaps as it's not very clear from the website - this is partly about how much info the suppliers provide though it may be possible to improve info on the site. Really helpful response and the person went to measure the chaps so I didn't waste time ordering the wrong size.

Barbour Prestbury
I had looked at similar jackets on other web-sites which were charging considerably more, the jacket was as described and arrived quickly. The packaging had been kept to a minimum so no excess wrapping to dispose of.
The jacket was advertised at a great price, add to that quick delivery and a painless ordering process - what more could you want?

Excellent, Can't fault in any way!
Delivered in only 3 days! Only used normal delivery. Was sent text/email with delivery date. Delivery day I was able to find out estimated delivery time. The item sent was great and packaged very well. I would definitely use again.
