Fantastic service, very impressed. I had ordered a pair of boots and unfortunately the last pair of that size were damaged when they went to pack them so they called me (within 20mimutes of me placing an order!) to tell me this and ask if I was happy to wait or would like a refund. Wish more companies were as efficient and helpful.

I ordered a barbour jacket from them, and with it being the busy Christmas period the wrong size was sent. Gave them a quick call and they put the right size to one side for me. I sent the jacket back and received the replacement in two days and as they had made he mistake they refunded the return delivery charge. The price was very the best I could find and the girls on the phone were great.

I ordered a tweed jacket for my daughter but it was too big. I returned it & got a refund without question. I would have liked to have contacted them via telephone to ask about alternative jackets and sizes but there is no phone number listed. Communication has been good via email

Ordered an Amigo Mio with what I thought had as fixed neck as per the photo on the webpage. What arrived had no neck and when I called to say that the item did not match the picture she just said it was the wrong picture for the item and it wasnt her fault. .................

Offered for me to return the rug but then I have to do all the work and they did not even have the rug I wanted that was shown on the picture,,,,,,,the wrong picture
