Lack of communication

I ordered a dress from Crown and Veil Company and they refused to answer any of the emails I sent asking about shipping, delivery time, and so on. The dress arrived long after the event that I needed it for, so I tried to obtain a refund. Again, all of my attempts at communication via their Gmail address were ignored.

I think the ONLY reason why they eventually wrote back is because I left a public comment on their Instagram page.

I shouldn't have to publicly shame a company into responding to my email(s).Crown and Veil's communication was horrible.
