Crown Display Ltd Reviews 

At the Foodbank in Bridgwater, we needed additional shelving to hold the donated items before creating and dispatching the food parcels. On enquiring of Crown Displays Ltd, they were only too happy to donate the required shelving to us free of charge. It was an offer we couldn't refuse.
Further to this, on enquiring a second time for further parts, with a demand to pay this time, we were only asked to pay a nominal fee.
The shelves themselves are great: sturdy and easy to assemble. The service from Crown Display Ltd was generous and heart-warming.

I have been using Crown Display for years and the service has never faltered. Every order is done personally by Chris and his colleagues, no call centre orders. Having read the review that looks like it is someone who only leaves bad reviews, it would have been simpler to call the company rather that become a keyboard warrior that could damage a long standing companies reputation. I noticed that my email wasnt read for my enquiry to refurb my wifes premises, so called them and was told that there was and still is an issue with Microsoft linked emails. How is this a companies fault ??? Keep up the excellent work Chris and looking forward to working with you for many more years to come

If this is a genuine Company then I'm not impressed !!.

(I had ordered Hangers from what looked like a reputable Company which I will not name.Then I got an E:Mail saying I was being refunded as they did not have what I had ordered.The claim was that the Hangers were not good enough quality to be sold.On asking about this a rather blunt reply was forth coming.Hangers are still being offered for sale a week on.I suspect that they just did not want to send to Scotland.)

With that in mind I did a google search and one result was for "Stayfast.co.uk " which I now know is a Trading name of "Crown Display Ltd".They had the exact Hangers I was looking for at the same price as the other Company.As it was going to be a one off order I tried to buy without setting up an account. 6 times I tried and when it came to the reCAPTCHA when I ticked the box nothing happened.On trying again I noticed " This site has exceeded it's reCAPTCHA quota".

I contacted Stayfast (Crown Display) by E:Mail .I then tried to order again by setting up an account.This time the order went through.
I received 3 confirmation E:Mails - one confirming registration,one confirming the payment via Worldpay and a 3rd confirming the order and showing order status as "Complete". That was on the 14th (14/02/2024).

4 Days on I am still waiting for a reply to my E:Mail.
In the order details on my Account it says order is complete but at SHIPPING METHOD it just says "Delivery" There is no direct link to Delivery Information such as Dispatch time or which couriers are used.I had to go via "site Map" - "Information" - "Delivery Information " however under "Delivery Information " all it says is - Delivery Information " .There is no information at all on Delivery,Dispatch time, what courier will be used,what courier services are used etc etc or any of the other information you would expect to find.

It should be noted that the shipping charge ,at £19.50,was nearly 4 times what the first company was charging.

I now have confirmation of the order and of payment but no idea about when my order will be sent out to me,which Courier will be used or which service will be used e.g 3 day delivery,5 day delivery.

As I said at the beginning of this review I am not impressed. **** On another review site I had never heard of called " i.o" The company claims to answer enquiries in 1 hour and that they dispatch orders by next day delivery !!.

If I do not get any replies or updates in the next few days I will have no option but to refer this to Visa and my Bank as a fake site.And try to get my money back.

UPDATE - (19/02/2024) Crown Display do have a Facebook but have not updated page since 2020.Stayfast.co.uk are not on Facebook at all even though their website indicates they are.My review on Google has been removed ?. 0800 number does not get answered.Now having to fight through VISA to get my money back but it looks like I have lost my money.Wish I had never heard of this place - if it even exists.
