This use to be a very good site - not anymore!

This use to be a very good site. Payouts were within an hour. Now it takes days/weeks to process a withdrawal. Usually I get fed up and end up just gambling the winnings in the end! I think this is there tactic so no one withdrawals. It’s advertised as 12 min average payout time which is totally false advertising. Can never reach my “vip manager” I may get a response after about a week. When asked to have my withdrawal processed they all respond the same - that they are processed in the first in first serve basis. This was my main playing account and now I barely play on it due to the slow withdrawal process. I currently have funds I’m still waiting for aswell

Cannot be trusted

This is my second review. I did get my winnings eventually as per my first review.

I waited weeks but then decided to give it another chance. I noticed $10 was my account so I thought it was left over from my last play. I played it and won nothing. Deposited 30 and went to play a game and it said I had a bonus so wouldn’t let me play that game. I reached out to chat which I’m sure was AI. Asked about the bonus and they told me the money would be taken if I cancelled it. The bonus was put in my account from a manager.

Playing online for years, you know they’re going to take what’s left over of the bonus or winnings. I had pennies left over from the bonus. So I cancelled the bonus like I’ve done so many times before where they take just what’s left but no they took my new 30 dollar deposit as well!! They literally stole $30 from me . After many times asking them to close my account, and asking me why or telling me to think about it, I said close it! I was then told me my account was suspended. What a joke. They gave me an account manager’s email. Shared the above with the manager and told them to close my account. Please be very careful playing on this site. They are not to be trusted.

I feel I am not alone in dealing with this site. The Ai reply just keeps stalling the withdrawal process.
There is always an issue with the verification process.
I am sure that there no withdrawal enablement.
