Had our pergola from Crownhill Garden Centre installed today by Radek & Max a credit to the company, did a fantastic job.
I would advise anyone who is having a pergola to contact Crownhill for a quote they where very helpful and knowledgeable about their product , after seeing the pergola in pictures online we decided to purchase it and now seeing it in our garden it looks even better than we expected, great product and great price. Would definitely recommend Crownhill garden centre 👌.

From ordering, delivery and installation Crownhill have been wonderful! Kept us informed of delivery dates and times. Greg and Jack were great! Arrived on time and did a great job, slight adjustments had to be made (I hadn’t measured correctly) but they did this no trouble. Even come and got it sorted on a bank holiday! We love our new pergola! Thanks again!

Excellent experience. Our Saturn pergola was expertly installed (thanks Greg and Jack) 11 days after the order was placed.

I ordered a pergola and seating from Crownhill and the service has been great. Kim, on the end of the email, promptly answered all my questions during the quote process. Delivery and install was a week later than expected but this was only slightly over the given 3 week window, so not an issue as again Kim responded promptly to my chase up. I paid for the installation and was so pleased I did, Radek and Max made light work of putting everything together and clearing up all the rubbish as well, they were very polite and professional, good ambassadors for the company.

Where do I start ! Initial contact to get information about placing an order and my requirements , very informative and an email straight after with all the detail.
Order placed following day , very pleased with the price.
Couple of days later , call from Lee to arrange install very straight forward , installation team arrive next day on time as arranged , Radek and Max , these lads know there craft , 4m x 3.6m Titan with blinds fitted , installed and anchored to decked area with in 2hrs, I would highly recommend have the install team worth every penny.
My Summary is this is a first class product made to last with a first class team behind the sales and installation.
I would highly recommend Crownhill Garden Furniture.

This is our second purchase from this company.Last year we bought garden furniture and now we got pergola.Quick instalation by Greg and Jack.Now I need to wait for warm weather to start propely enjoy.Not cheap but definitly quality products .I would highly recommend their products

The installation by the guys was first class ,it didn’t stop raining during the whole process but they carried on ,my recommendation is to anyone purchasing a pergola is to have there insulation team do it is well worth paying for it is up and ready within a couple off hours ,

We wanted a specific Bioclimatic Pergola with side screens and spares delivered to Norfolk for onward shipping to our home in Spain. From start to finish Kim was truly amazing. Very helpful and supplied detailed information including some great instructional videos which were invaluable for the screen installation. It was risky shipping such an expensive item to Spain but the packaging was excellent and the before and after service exceptional.
We can’t thank Kim enough for her help and would definitely use Crownhill again in the future.

An Excellent company to deal with from start to finish.
From Kim who placed the order of our pergola to Lee in the warehouse who arranged the delivery and logistics these guys were first class.
Despite having most of his team working on another project, Lee still found a way of ensuring ours was delivered quickly and fitted for us.
The team who fitted it were great and kept us informed of their arrival and had it up and sorted in no time.
They took all the packaging away and showed us how to use the roof/heater.
We are really happy with the new pergola. It’s a great addition to our garden and excellent quality.

From contacting these guys on their website to installation they’ve been amazing. I couldn’t find a pergola the size I needed anywhere until I came across Crownhill. I started a chat online and received an immediate response, I was given all the information I needed. Everything was straight forward and delivery/fitting was completed 4 days after purchase. Radem and Max did an outstanding job of fitting the pergola for us, taking pride in their work and making sure it was exactly where I wanted it. Couldn’t recommended these guys enough

We bought our pergola from Crownhill Furniture and were really impressed. Kim in the showroom was friendly and helpful, and Radek and Max did a fantastic job with the setup — professional, efficient, and courteous throughout.
The pergola itself, complete with blinds, lights, and a heater, is looks great. We’re delighted with the result and will definitely be returning next spring to buy our garden furniture. Highly recommended!

Company kept in touch and everything went really smoothly from start to finish. Also pleased with the gazebo I purchased from them and the fitting so would recommend

So ordered a saturn pergola in the summer months,Kim was in touch straight away saying there would be a delay, which we agreed to wait for the delivery, we were kept informed off progress and finally got it oct,price was good and lee arranged delivery day and fitting, given a time slot and arrived in that time slot, Greg and Jack worked so well together and had the pergola and heater up in approx 2 n half hours making sure all rubbish was taken away,really pleased with it and thinking about buying some sides for it, thanks crownhill
