Great company to work with.

Excellent quality patio doors, which have been admired by all our neighbours. The team of two installers did a first-class job. The old doors were removed very carefully and the new ones were fitted with great precision. No dirt was left behind, and they swept up at each stage of the installation. They were courteous, friendly and helpful throughout.

We have used Crown many times for our property business. Nathan is fabulous when he comes out to quote, friendly and efficient. Great helpful fitters and lovely office team. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I can definitely recommend the quality of the products offered by Crown. We are very happy with how everything looks and the installation team was brilliant. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is a bit of disappointment around the after-sales care from the sales representative. I appreciate that the main focus of each sales person is earning the commission and hitting their targets. However, their lack of
response and poor communication prior to the installation was a bit of a letdown. I just wish the sales rep was as attentive and helpful at the end as he was when trying to get the sale done. Nevertheless, I would still recommend the product and Crown as a company

Dave the installer was very good. Obviously has experience for fitting my new replacement external door and frame. Checked with me a detail about the fitting, then progressed with the work. A tidy job, and dealt with all the rinky-dinks fitting it into the external space. Kept me informed on the progress as it went along.

Good service from start to finish

We had windows fitted throughout our house. Cheryl in the office took great care of us and helped us to make the correct decision for our home and was a constant support throughout the process. Ben and Adam came to fit most of our windows and they were super friendly and meticulous with what they did- artists of the window fitting industry! Thanks Crowns!! Will definitely recommend. (The only point of improvement would be if the man who came to do the initial measuring took his shoes off before going upstairs and walking around the house!!) Many thanks Crowns!

Professional and polite installer, Dave works efficiently and was very tidy. Product looks great and finishes of the entire project.

From when I first contacted Crown to discuss options and costs for a new back door to after it was fitted, everyone I had contact there has been very helpful, friendly, and professional. Don especially, was very helpful and patient, advising me on the best option for my requirements and budget. The fitter was very also professional and cleaned up after the door was fitted, taking away the old one and all rubbish. I was able to choose an installation date and time to fit in with me. I chose Crown as I had used them before and was very happy with their service and products.

The guys were on time everyday, extremely friendly and did a perfect job on our windows and doors. Would recommend Crown!

I am very pleased with the gate/door. I would have liked to have been told at the beginning how long it would be before installation. And I have concerns about the longevity of the locking mechanism. However it is so much better than what we had originally and installation was great.

All work carried out to good standard and on time.

Friendly staff. Great installation, and very efficient. I was impressed with the whole service from ordering to installation of my Front door.

I chose local company named Crown Conservatories, Windows and Doors Ltd not only for their competitive pricing but also because of the excellent feedback from previous customers. I had 20 windows and a front door replaced, and I can confidently say that choosing Crown was the right decision.

A big thank you to Brian for the detailed quotation and design advice, Ben for the survey, Becky and Ali for the smooth admin process, and especially Adam and Ben for the outstanding installation. They arrived around 8 a.m. and made every effort to finish before the kids returned home, leaving the place as tidy as possible. Throughout the job, they were extremely polite, respectful, and worked to the highest standards.

The windows and doors supplied are of excellent quality. I truly hope they last for many years to come, and I’m confident that Crown will honour their warranty if I ever need support.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Crown again in the future and would gladly recommend them to anyone considering new windows or doors.
