Excellent service in all respects

From the first meeting we were given great advice on what would suit our property best. We had a complete refit of all windows and doors, which were fitted by a great team of Phil and Sam, and they did a great job. Would highly recommend this company to anyone, staff and fitters were extremely helpful and pleasant ,our house was left looking wonderful and they really cleaned up after themselves. After submitting a photo of my old door, they promptly supplied a quote with several replacement options. Once I confirmed my choice, they quickly provided a detailed quote and contract. The contract process was smooth and efficient; I signed and returned it with the deposit, and Crown immediately contacted me to schedule the installation at my convenience. On the agreed-upon day, the installer arrived punctually, completed the work to a high standard, and meticulously cleaned up afterwards.
