Unblemished condition as new and as Marketed through amazon. Early days yet as a Christmas present for my 16 year old, first time i have bought a refurbished Item, however pleased with the results so far and the packaging it came in. Would now Use CRS-UK again. I did review prior to placing order and although slightly more expensive, the feedback was more consistent
Was slightly concerned as it did arrive a day early and no-one was in at home, leaving a valuable item on our doorstep for a few hours, However easy to set up and works quickly, and no complaints from our son yet............;)

hi ordered a Samsung laptop which was pre owned it was delivered early and i found it was gr8 no damage and when plunged it in found it was so easy to get started i am over the moon with this product and pleased it was a lot cheaper kevin

Bought 2 refurbished HP Chromebooks. Arrived in Great condition. There was a little issue with the delivery plan but communication was good and issue was resolved in a couple of days. Certainly would recommend buying from these guys and the items work and look like new.

I received the HP Elitebook, 13.3in touchscreen 8GBRam, 256GB SSD, Windows 10 Pro 64bit. The item arrived a described, a nearly new product, with no visible signs of previous use. The item came complete with charging cable and clear setup instructions. It was a very reasonable price for the item.

I would recommend this seller, as the product also came with 12 months warranty, with the opportunity to extended the warranty for a further 6 months.

Sent a laptop that wouldn’t power up, returned item next day delivery still waiting for my refund even though told on Friday it would be with me within 3 days.

We bought a refurbed Apple Mac. When it arrived it wouldn't charge. However, CRS UK responded very quickly, collected the machine, sorted the issue and got it back to us a few days later. My son is very happy with the speed of his Mac and it charges as it should. Always polite, responsive when contacted and no quibble when a problem arose.

Very happy with my 'renewed' ThinkPadT440 laptop. It was delivered really quickly and packaging was excellent. It arrived looking and working like new. Easy to follow instructions for downloading Windows 10, which was included in the price. Great service and a very good price. Highly recommend this seller.
