Quality product at a reasonable price, no hassle delivery.

I still have not received the product I ordered on the 20th of Jan. As of Jan 31st tracking info placed the item in Cleveland, Oh ... a mere 30 miles from me then on the morning of Feb 1st the package was in Lorain, Ohio, a mere 17 miles from me. I checked again today and as of 8am on Feb third it now shows that the package is in Jefferson, Ohio about 150 miles from me. As I said, two weeks since I ordered the product and nothing to show for it. I would say that this has NOT been a pleasurable experience thus far.

Your cloning software does not work......Comes up with need at one Crucial hard drive installed. Can't get rid of it. I used your drives and software for all my computers and never this kind of issue. Update your software.

First the scanner the website provides doesn’t work. I then had to enter all my computer information and the information about my pc came back inaccurate. The parts they claimed were compatible were not. I called their support number at least 8 times 4 times the person claimed not to be able to hear me, yet on a couple of other calls they could hear just fine. One rep tried to inform me that the parts were fine and that my pc didn’t need a heat sink despite specific instructions inside the tower said a heat sink was required. The support phone number that wasn’t an 800 number wasn’t even active. Overall the customer support was inept and difficult to understand and the website was useless and antiquated. It hasn’t changed since I used the site years ago to order RAM for my old pc.

I received the order in a timely basis, and when I had an issue installing it, the Crucial rep that I chatted with knew exactly what it was, and I was up and running soon after.

Worst customer service in the industry. Will not send me a return shipping label for a damaged item to be refunded. They have said numerous times it was sent but was not.

Brand new HDD went bad, no big deal we will replace it.... Right well you send in the defective part to Crucial and its been almost a month no email no nothing. I call in and customer service told me that its backorder. We wait longer 2 weeks later still nothing I call they say well we can send you this HDD instead. Ok I am still waiting. ... Call customer service some reason site did not update but here is your tracking number. dont track it untill 24hr's .... still waiting for replacement.

I first purchased two 16G memory cards to add to the two 16G cards already installed on my Alienware desktop computer. It turned out that they were not compatible with my existing memory. Dell wanted $175 for one 16G card. I paid $60 for the two 16G cards from Crucial. I purchased an additional two 16G cards and installed them with no problem. Now, I have 64G of memory for around $120.

The ease of the website scan was great! The product was stellar! The only thing I could think of improving on is letting me know the status of my order. There are so many people online taking money for nothing, the transaction made me nervous. I would recommend to anyone!
