Usual excellent service from Crucial.
Usual excellent service from Crucial. I wanted to upgrade from 8GB ram to 32GB. Easy to navigate website and use the diagnostic scan tool to determine the particular memory module I needed.
The only issue or difficulty I had initially, was that I seemed unable to purchase the item using Paypal. After phoning and speaking with customer services I later returned to the website and completed the transaction with a credit card.
Received the 32 GB kit about a week later, fitted modules to my Lenovo desktop....and as expected they are working well! Great value for money.....and highly recommended!

I do not live in the US. The way you confirm addresses is not ok.
To have tried to deliver your package to an impossible address with just a Flat Number and a UK postal code IS NOT ENOUGH! So not impressed.
Luckily the seller was able to update the information and after 3 failed delivery attempts it has been achieved.

Used the X10 Pro once, then it stopped working. Saying problem with the disk and it cannot be unlocked. Contacted customer service, just automated bot responses on repeat.

i made my order on Dec 30
i made my order on Dec 30, 24 and i couldn't track my order until Jan 9, 25 I know it was delayed because of bad weather once the package is pickup from ups its given a track #. i took packages to ups and the same day i was able to track the package. I order a ssd from samsung on Jan 5 and it got delivered on Jan 7 which is fast good service compared to your service. And your customer service was no help. Don't get me wrong i do like your product but i could have got faster service from Amazon.

6 Days later and my order still says "IN REVIEW" Absolutely no way to contact customer services to find out what is happening,the AI Chatbot is beyond useless just spouts "Order Not Found"

Provided evidence of a chip failure and I was then made to run the 4 hour long test multiple times to prove their memory was faulty. I customer service was nice about things, I just am annoyed with having to go collect more data.
