Representative Greg Stephus was very competent and helpful for this first time user. Gladly answered all my questions with no sense of rush. I look forward to this level of care when I pick up my reserved RV!

NEVER EVER RENT FROM CRUISE AMERICA. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WILL SCREW YOU. YOU ARE WARNED--DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
They rented us an RV that had a broken shower pipe that flooded the bed and our clothing on the first day, a refrigerator that stopped working on the first day, a shower that did not have the drain cleaned and flooded the RV floor, and many other problems. WE paid to get some of the problems fixed--their customer support was TOTALLY unhelpful. Then after all the problems and costs they gave us only $300 back- meaning we put our over $1 thousand of our own money. Then, when we filed complaints with different agencies--including the Oregon Attorney General's office--they essentially lied to them sayin everything was returned in working conditions. They are liars and cheats and if you rent from them and have a problem you are certain to get screwed!

We were able to talk to an individual. What appeared to be a person. The only down side was when we asked about what was included in the dining/cooking package we just got a number. Not very helpful.

A business with a human side
They were very patient in explaining all the details when we were in the process of making our reservation a few months go. Even after we made a number of calls with more questions, they continue to be patient and understanding and graciously answered all our questions. Unfortunately a few months later, we had a medical issue and had to cancel. Because we were going one way we understood that they could not refund our down payment but, they were kind enough and took note of our medical condition and did refund us. We appreciate the human side of this company and highly recommend them
