Excellent customer service
After a fabulous cruise/stay holiday, we found ourselves unable to fly home due to the war affecting the Middle East.
We spoke to Kimberley from cruise nation who assured us she would get us sorted and ring us back .
She was as good as her word and has rebooked us on flights and booked our accommodation for 4 more nights.
We all felt reassured after speaking to her and are happy with the way the situation has been dealt with considering the changing situation that is currently happening.

Dubai Stay and Cruise.
We were booked to go to Dubai on 12 March and sail on MSC Euribia on 14 March. Both the flights (by Emirates) and the cruise (by MSC) have now been cancelled due to the ongoing conflict in the area and have stated that full refunds are available. However, I booked this as a package and am being told by Cruisenation that they will not provide a refund but only offer a credit against another cruise. Due to booking under a package I should have the strongest legal rights for a full refund. This company is ABTA and ATOL protected.
Update. I have now received a full refund. Thank you so much CRUISENATION. It was a horrible situation.
I will definitely use you again.

Had an issue with online payment, (payment taken but no actual booking).

Our MSC cruise was cancelled at very short notice 14th Jan before our planned departure on Feb 13th
As MSC redeplyoyed our ship .
We still have not had our refund and very little communication from Cruise Nation . MSC an informed me that the refund should come direct from CruiseNation .
Terrible customer service .

Accommodation query
We spoke to Jemma at Cruise Nation initially by telephone with two queries. Jemma responded by email, as requested, explaining what she had done and she kept us informed all the time. Both issues were resolved within a few days, including contacting our cruise line and a hotel in Italy. Jemma was extremely helpful and efficient.

International Rescue
No fault of cruise nation but our flight today was cancelled due to a strike in Argentina. PANIC!!! American Airlines then Iberia were no help, but Kimberly at Customer Services came to the rescue!! Two more days of holiday now!
