Scam. Totally misleading price charts.
The site is supposed to track cruise prices, but their price charts have nothing to do with reality. While searching cruise for my family of 4 I tracked prices on few 2022 Carnival sailings myself. The real price AT CHECKOUT for exact same sailing and cabin changed widely, e.g. from $2600 in March to $1700 in May and to $2400 in June before being totally sold out, yet cruisewatch happily showed steadily lowering price all along. By the way cruiseline advertised prices are complete crap too. They may stay unchanged many months, while price at checkout gets 10-25% higher or lower.

Unacceptable that I cannot reach anyone via phone.
I need a valid phone number to reach Cruisewatch. I am trying to cancel my cruise booked to leave in 3 days and cannot get anyone on the phone. In fact, all numbers provided to me during the booking process take me to a different travel agency. This service is unacceptable.
