Appalling service
Appalling service, I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering anything from Crumbs and Doilies again. Ordered a birthday cake for my birthday party tonight and paid in full via website. I received text and email confirmations with delivery tracking links. Received a text and email reminder today with the tracking links. I have had my mobile on loud by my side all day with full signal and my data switched on. I continued to track the order and twenty minutes ago clicked on the tracking links to see that my delivery had been inexplicably cancelled with no information or explanation. No attempt had been made to contact me by Crumbs and Doilies or the third party courier they use for deliveries. Also no courier contact details provided. Called the only contact number available and received no answer and a recorded message informing me that the office was closed. Have emailed and tried to contact them via the website and left posts on all social media with no response. So, I have paid in full and have no birthday cake for my party tonight, no time to go to the store and no time to sort an alternative. There should be an out of office emergency contact number for weekend deliveries, for situations such as this. Appalling.
