Poor quality materials
Please avoid these bags. The quality standards have dropped really badly. I have a crumpler over the shoulder bag for five years and used it five days a week. No problems except some fraying. I bought a small rucksack. After 18 months the strap has split. Not sure how to mend it as any hand stitching will not hold. Not good at all. Complained on the website. Nothing. Avoid
