Cryo PC Ltd 

I tried several PC builders including Cryo PC before I decided to purchase from them. From the various reviews I read on line, Cryo PC came a long way ahead of all the rest. There was not one bad review among them. It would have been easier to purchase from a company nearer to my home but quality and after sales service mattered more and they proved to be the best. I had to contact them about a minor sound problem and it was sorted in minutes. The machine which I purchased is performing wonderfully. So far I cannot praise Cryo PC enough for the product and service I received from them.

Spent some time going through my requirements for a trading computer with the guys at Cryo prior to placing order. Machine now set up with 6 monitors running a large number of realtime streaming charts. Task Manager seldom goes above 10% cpu usage and has never locked up even during peak news flow periods. Installed 3 months ago and run every day this machine has never missed a beat.
Absolutley delighted to report all my expectations exceeded..

Choosing the right parts for my purposes, giving information on the results during the test phase and shipment was all very professional. In the first weeks the system was running I had a few naive questions which were answered with much patience...After a few months the RAID was building itself again regularly in the background. A few weeks later the water cooling system was leaking and I was forced to bring it to a specialized company for repairs. Now, a few months later, the pump has stopped functioning and the PC is back with the aquatuning people.

I picked up my new PC at Cryo PC's site in Hemel Hempstead and met the guys in person. I got a tour and they explained their latest projects to me. I even got a cup of coffee and didn't have to lift the boxes myself.
All in all, a pleasurable experience. No regrets and I'll definitely buy from Cryo PC again.
The advice prior to the purchase was sound, I felt I was well taken care of.

these guys spoke to me at length, gave me various options to fulfil my (admittedly unusual) computer build request and got on with it and delivered in excellent time.

The machine they delivered to me did exactly what it was supposed to, the only fly in the ointment being in my own specification for it, for which these guys will buy back the part I shouldn't have included & fit the drive I should of specified in the first place (I was being cheap, it never pays!)

Seriously, I would highly recommend them and their abilities to create what you need.

They were very knowledgeable and really helped me to make informed decisions about what components I was spending too much on and which too little - this meant that although I have good technical knowledge, they were able to advise me on the best performance within my budget and I ended up with a system that was far better than anything else I could find! What was even more helpful was the fact they gave me 3 quotes with slightly different components so I could compare myself!
This, along with excellent build quality (on par with some of the best computer set ups I have ever seen) really made it a pleasure to deal with them. They were always quick to reply to emails and were available for calls.

They were fractionally more expensive than some other places, but the performance gains from their cryo-boost and their excellent build quality more than made up for it!

Cryo listened very carefully to what I needed from my new PC - they then built the machine exactly as I had specified and had it ready for collection when promised.
Some time later I had reason to speak to them to ask for some help - they were excellent - sorted out my problem quickly and effectively.

There was a compatibility issue with the driver software for the graphics card on delivery of the computer, Mark from Cryopc sorted the problem quickly and skillfully. Other than that, the machine has performed faultlessly.

I had an issue with the cooler unit on the PC and the graphics cards. Cryo took the PC back and sorted the problem without fuss of delay. I was kept up to date at all times with the progress of the work. I decided to upgrade the cards (even though Cryo managed to solve the problems with the existing ones) and I was given a good quote and made a saving with the upgrade assurance buy back scheme. A PC from Cryo is an investment. It is not the cheapest around, but for the level of support and piece of mind you get it is well worth the extra investment.

Overall we are happy with the Cryo Genesis pc we ordered. We had a few hiccups when the person we dealt with left the company but these were quickly sorted out by Mark. We were kept updated regarding the progress of the build. The pc was dropped by the courier on delivery and sustained some cosmetic damage, but Cryo compensated us even though the pc was still working fine. A single threaded OC profile would have been a nice extra as we have several applications we use for modelling of mines which are single-threaded and believe we could have got more out of the CPU for these applications. Nonetheless its works well, seems robust and good value for your money!!

I would very happily recommend Cryo PC. I've enjoyed over a year of great gaming as a result of my Cryo Nano.

Even when things went wrong (the video card's 2nd HDMI port was faulty), not only did Cryo responded swiftly but I even got an engineer come round, replace the faulty component, verify the new one worked fine and give the system a complete health check before leaving!

He also stated that he'd be adding a further aspect to their test plans to ensure such defects would be captured in the future - its great to see a company learn from an oversight to ensure it won't happen again.

The product since then has worked beautifully and I've been very impressed.

I can see myself buying from Cryo PC again when I need to upgrade my Nano...which won't be for a while yet!

easy, reliable, british firm with no problems with product so far. Cant complain. Hope any after sales care is as good.

The machine Cryopc built for me is performing perfectly and handling tasks beyond what i'd specified as necessary. I wanted a music production PC that could handle huge numbers of multi track audio and effects running real-time and they delivered. I'm now also using it for video editing and it's handling that fine too. The one instance i had a problem with a hard drive the guys at Cryopc gave me advise and attention immediately that fixed it. Couldn't be happier.
