CRYPTONATOR IS VERY BAD AND SCAMMED ME ALSO!
Since 14.05.2021 my Doges are on pending. I wrote them many times and got one answer to my first email. No,it was no answer because they answered me with my question!! After this they didn't answer anymore!! Never! Before this I used the Cryptonator platform for years abd also their API jeys for my business and everything was ok but since may this year they showed that they are scammers and that we can't trust this pkatform!!! Shame on you Brian Chan! 😡🤬

I was purchasing stuff online and they sent me to cryptonator.com to complete the purchase I sent ETH and checked the blockchain all was good and transaction completed with same amount required on blockchain but they didn’t complete my purchase kept me waiting until the time pass

Fake and money eating wallet cryptonator

The site has had a bad security certificate for the last 3 months. Firefox nor chrome will allow you to browse to the site. VirusTotal shows it as a suspect.

We had an account years ago but now cannot even browse to the site.

Made a withdrawal on 6/3, it is not 6/18. I have sent several emails of which was stated they would get back to me with 24/48 hours. I think over 15+ days now and no replies to my email and my deposit is still showing as "pending"! Cryptonator wallet is getting a very bad rap because of the slow release of withdraws and no replies to emails! UPDATE It is now 7/2/2021 over a month and still my withdrawal is showing pending! Why is this taking so long!?? Are they ripping people off?

They have retained 14055DOGE since a month ago, I have write to them like 10 emails and nobody has ever replied, and my money still pending.

cryptonator wallet is sucks.. they hold my 1st withdrawal 90k doge almost a month till now.. but my 2nd withdrawal 100doge after 12 hours was successfully and latest problem they not send authorise pin number to handphone.. they don't want me to withdrawal again.. guys stay away from this sucks wallet. owner this wallet not sincere to manage responsibilty.

The service is highly unreliable. I sent a withdrawal and it's been over a week that they've been down and the transfer has been stuck in limbo. They rarely answer questions and if they do its with a boilerplate answer. The ownership of the company is a shady mix of a man named Brian Chen that nobody can identify. The company is registered in Hong Kong, but their headquarters is in Moscow, and the owner supposedly lives in Sidney. It's one big grift. Never use!

Scammers use this site because they know cryptonator won't help the victims.

Ich have withdrawal over 36k dogecoins and its now over a month that is still Pending. They do not answering for Emails. They even don't have service Number. I have fear that i will lose my money if they don't give me my coins. There is 0 ways to search for help there is no service. This is scam. Stay away!!!
