First class service
Crystal Clear supplied a steel/glass door for us. The product is fabulous and the quality of service was first class from start to finish. They were extremely responsive, proactive and knowledgable and when a small grub screw was missing (not their fault) their after sales service was superb. I can’t speak more highly of them

I found that the communication and professionalism of the whole team at Crystal Clear put me at ease throughout the process. I was nervous about the work to be done but the sales and installation folks were lovely, prompt and always happy to help with any questions I had. Reasonable price for a bespoke product too.

Excellent advice and guidance in the showroom prior to ordering, followed by an efficient and quality installation by Steve and Louis. A quality product and installation by in house team
From planning what we wanted to the visit and discussion at the showroom and to completion this has been a quality experience. We could call our named contact and get helpful replies. The survey was accurate within mm it seems for our doors and the install guys Jason and Kevin worked very hard and did a quality job. Particularly the details around finishing matching our render. The doors are beautiful and a game changer for our home and slide beautifully. I may stop playing with them soon !

Triple sliding doors or 5 door bifold?
We dropped in to the show room to try & decide between bifold doors & sliding doors. Nigel was very informative & generous with his time explaining the different grades of frames & glazing.

From the initial contact the replacement of our back door went very smoothly and efficiently.
During Nigel’s visit he took great pains to ensure that he understood our requirements exactly and provided advice, an exact price and a clear description of the process and schedule of installation.
We were kept well informed of progress and on the day of installation Jason and Kevin installed the new door very quickly and efficiently and took pains to ensure that we were satisfied with the installation and service. They also provided very comprehensive advice on ongoing maintenance.
In summary, a very professional, efficient and successful process.

We have recently used the services of Crystal Clear to install aluminium picture windows and bifold doors at the rear of our property, replacing badly fitting and aged wooden bifolds. Our project wasn’t straight forward and I think probably involved most of the team in one way or another! From our first conversation with James we were taken good care of - the team are friendly, professional and very competent. Kevin was ultimately in charge of delivering the correct fit for the project and to him we are so very grateful for listening to our concerns and going above and beyond to make sure we achieved the best result, including some bespoke welding. Steve A and his crew did a great job of fitting and we are delighted with the result. We would like to thank everybody at Crystal Clear for making this happen as we were nervous about it. We were also impressed by the speed of delivery once we had finalised the exact spec. Highly recommend using Crystal Clear and we will definitely come back for our next project.
