I needed a new Vape kit & I knew of ccvs (who I have ordered from before). Looking online at their website was great,so much choice & being that they offer click n collect was a must for me as I don't like waiting. I knew what I wanted so off I went looking to see what is available.
I found a new kit at a very reasonable price from voopoo called the Drag 3.
Checkout was a breeze and also convenient being able to pay online with my debit card.
I chose pick up from store to which local delivery was offered but declined as I don't live far from the store.
Order made and within 5 min's I had a member of staff ringing me to let me know that my order was ready to collect, wow that was fast!
Very curtious call I may add.
So off I went to pick up my new kit.
Extremely happy with the whole experience from start to finish that I would whole heartedly recommended shopping there again to buy my Vape supplies in the future.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with EVPE Crystal Clear Vape Store using the online chat system.
I was on a quest to track down refills for my mum. She has no internet access at all and the shop was shut due to the current Covid-19 lockdown. She was desperate and didn't know where to turn. The problem I had was that I'm in Scotland and she's in Manchester! I also didn't know anything about the product she had or what refills to source. She is 76 and tried her best to relay the information. Our superhero of the moment was Stefan from the Tyldesley shop who remembered my mum from her visits. He also knew the refill requirements. Although my enquiry was made during an evening the team were immediately responsive and nothing was too much trouble. I had all the answers within an hour! The online ordering was so easy for me to place an order and have the items delivered direct to my mum. All sorted within 24 hours! Now that's what I call service! I can't thank Stefan enough for saving the day.Take care and stay safe. I'm sure it won't be long before my mum is back in the shop.
