Paid for next day delivery and it didn't arrive the next day and wasn't offered a refund on the postage. To be fair they did arrive the following day but didn't equate to the 5.95 postage.

We believe that the disposable device you're referring to is probably one made by a completely unrelated company based over in China called SKE.
If that is the case then we would kindly ask that you pass your feedback onto them rather than giving us a poor rating based on your experiences with their products, that we do not manufacture, which just happens have been named similarly to ours company.
You should be able to find their details on the side of the packaging it came inside of.
