Fantastic product but no communication as to my delivery/dispatch until after I had to chase it. Paid priority service for 3-4 working days therefore I thought an order on the Sunday morning would result in the arrival date of Thursday but it came on the Saturday..

I do not recommend this company
I placed my order along with payment over 6 weeks ago, but so far I have received nothing. I have had no response from the company despite numerous attempts on my part to email or phone them. I would not recommend this company at all. My only option at this point is to try to get my money back from Paypal I can't believe I'm the only person who has had a really bad experience with Crystalface.
