I purchased the diamond crystal for my parents wedding anniversary along with the led stand. Wow wow wow!!!! Absolutely incredible and so clever. My parents loved it.

I also bought some led key rings for me and my sisters and again, really impressed at how good they are.

Delivery was a couple of days slower than advertised but most companies I’ve ordered from have been the same.

Crystal keychains are perfect, I know the recipients will be overwhelmed with their keepsakes - thank you

Excellent product - really stunning

Unfortunately my 5yr annyversary present containing mine and partners picture has been sent to different address 3hours from where i live. As address been provided wrong by seller there nothing DPD can do seller is ignoring emails and phone goes straight to voicemail. Ive never had similar experience with personalized delivery before and thought that someone else has our picture at home makes me feel sick needless to say annyversary surprise has been ruined too. Hopefully he reads trustpilot reviews more often than his emails and can sort out refund but looking at some other reviews here I dont have much hope!

I have ordered 2 times had no problems my partner ordered we got one item but a crystal and two base did not turn up b
To be fair they replaced the crystal which did not turn up but the 2 bases never turned up and after 3 or 4 emails still not turned up so as there are so meny other company doing the same thing I will look to going else we're never even overfed a refund.

I ordered a 3D crystal with an led light and a couple of led key chains for a present for my friends they absolutely loved them. I had no problems with my order l received a confirmation saying they had received my order and l would receive another confirmation when it was ready to ship. It usually takes between 7 to 10 days to ship. After 7 days l recieved an email with a tracking number from the supplier it was getting delivered by Hermes. I never had to communicate once as they kept me updated. If you want a special gift or a keepsake l highly recommended Crystal Face l will be ordering again.The positive reviews for this company out weigh the negatives they are a genuine company trying to do their very best through these challenging times.Thank you for an excellent service and stunning products the workmanship is pristine. The final product - a 3D crystal containing an engraved image of a family photo - was amazing. It was so much better than the representations on the website. The only problem was a lack of communication and it took longer than expected to actually receive it.

Ordered the large Ice Trophy. The design and product is superb and couldn't be faulted.
Have no doubt that this is a real company with real people (some of the reviews cast doubt on this).
I personally spoke to Tom on several occasions t discuss the design.
I believe the reason for some of the poor reviews is that there is a bit of a communication gap and we nowadays expect items to ordered and delivered the next day. This isnt the case here, but bear with them and you will be delighted!

Received the package late. Customer service sucks. However, I love the Product.

Product is amazing. Looks perfect, clear and of high quality. You should have no doubts about if you’ll get a good product, you will.

However I can’t give full stars as the packaging for delivery needs to be improved. The bubble wrap protection is excellent but it really needs to be sent in an outer box as it’s simply not sturdy enough as my parcel bag was ripped, almost in half, and sellotaped back closed, presumably by Hermes. Product was fine, but I’d imagine only because it was resealed.

Product was excellent and received on time. Only issue I had was with communication, in that there wasn't any. I didn't get a confirmation email after my order even though the website said I would. I didn't get a response to my email I sent subsequently or to my text message I sent as a last resort. Having never dealt with Crystal Face before this left me uneasy until my package arrived in the post. However as I said at the beginning the product is great, arrived on time, and the wife loves it 😀

Ordered a crystal with this company and the light stand for it to sit on..crystal came after about 6 days very happy with it...no light stand for it to go on i stated this was a present for valentines day....I've sent several emails...several phone calls but you can never get through several txt messages no replies nothing from them but quick enough taking your money when you order..how can you send half of your order ??? And still waiting for my light stand

This is the worst seller. It took 3 month before I got a crystal. I had to open a case on Pay-Pal to get a response from seller.

I ordered my product around the 23rd of December and if course kept in my mind the holiday season, the pandemic and brexit. I was very understanding of all the situations but it is now Feb 11th with no sign of my order or update on it via email or the tracking link. I have called them twice and the gentleman is very kind and said he would get back to me but unfortunately I haven't received the product or an update or a refund for my order. Wouldn't recommend buying here
