Absolutely first class service and products. This is my third order and I have never been disappointed with the results. Recipients cry receiving one of these as a bereavement gift. They really are impactful and treasured. If there’s ever an issue, they call you to offer a solution. Very good company.

so I made my first order back in 2018 and it was amazing, made a further order 2 years ago and it took about 2 weeks to come but communication was kept. I’ve just made another order back at the end of December for a family members who’s partner has passed away and we are currently almost 2 months in and I’ve still not got my crystal, after sending email after email I got a random call off the owner saying that it would be dispatched in 2/3 days, 3 weeks on, almost 4 and still no crystal, I’ve texted, emailed and called and no reply since. I’m sorry but I couldn’t recommend this company, there has been 0 communication and it doesn’t look like I’m going to get my product, I’m currently having to open a claim through my bank in the hope to get the money back so i can buy the same thing from a more reliable company. There’s 0 excuse for poor communication, a small email or text would have been fine but there has been none, looks like a scam to me.

I have ordered a few times usually for bereavement gifts and they are fantastic quality and price. Recipients always really love them

Received my order better late than never. The quality is absolutely amazing and the detail of the picture inside is perfect! I have spoken too Tom at Crystal face and we have cleared up any issues I had and have resolved the problem. Genuinely nice company well worth ordering from !

The Crystal was excellent and Tom was very helpful, the only reason it’s not 5 Stars is the delivery took quite a while and it went to the wrong address but it all got resolved in the end and we will be buying from them again.

Crystal Face produced a product what I can only describe as truly beautiful. I am thrilled to bits with the Large Diamond that Tom produced from a photograph.
